These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between us. We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an amended agreement on our website. Any amended Terms and Conditions will govern new user registrations from the date that it is posted and existing users will be bound by the amended agreement after the expiry of 14 days following the date of posting.

Your Right To Cancel
Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to offer a refund or an exact replacement for your return, provided it is in fully re-saleable condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Payment
We currently accept payment by Paypal, cheques, postal orders and bank drafts. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. Orders are only despatched after a cleared payment has been received.
Delivery
If the delivery address refuses delivery of the goods, or if you do not respond to the collection card left by your postman, your order will be returned to the sender and you will be charged for the return of the order.
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
Conformity Of Goods
We have made all reasonable efforts to accurately display the size, colour, and shape of the goods for sale on www.buggybaskets.com. Colours in particular may differ due to your own computer visual settings and hardware.
All products displayed on this website are available only while stocks last. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.
